Does that mean I look Uggghhhh?

Good news and Bad news. Bad news first: Being on the floor is a hazard, especially when your only means of escape is rolling. Yesterday, monkey took a bicycle pump to the head. Older siblings knocked it over and apparently did not try to stop it before making contact with their little brothers forehead. Then today, Gardener accidentally catches one of his cheeks in the belt clips while trying to buckle him into the car. Monkey decided to do a sit up at the exact moment the buckling was happening. Opps!

Good News: Monkey is up on knees and elbows! Let's hope the crawling and walking comes sooner than later.

Ahh, Tiger Lily. Here she is last week wearing the same dress she wore when she was two. On Sunday she came inside and told me, "Mom, I need to change into a dress so I can be the prettiest outside." Me, "No, you don't. It's kind of chilly out there and your pants and shirt work just fine." T.L., "No mom, these pants are sooo uggggghhhhh!(while eyes are rolling up and tongue is making a choking sound) I NEED a dress." Me, "I'm wearing pants and shirt, do I look uggghhhhh?" T.L., "No, its just me!" Me, "Fine, but don't complain to me when you are cold." (I think I may have caved because I was relieved she didn't say I looked uggghhhh)

I don't know how many days, months or years I have left before she starts telling me "You can't wear that, if you are going to be seen with me!"
