Again?!?!?

Some of you might remember how I had a bike accident back in April '07. Well, it's now February '09 and I have had another bike accident. I was riding in the bike lane up to Snapdragon's school. I took my eyes off the lane to look over my shoulder so I could get into the left hand turn lane, and I hit some plumbing materials (PVC pipe joints, big ones, like 2 inches in diameter). I went over the top of my handle bars, and "superman"ed onto the asphalt. Brooke happened to be driving by at the moment, and offered her assistance, which was really nice of her. Well, I'll spare you the rest of the gory details, but here is a cool picture.

On a semi related note, this happened on the same day I got my rejection letter from my only flyout. In the words of Ross Geller, "What a way to kick me while I'm down."

On a totally unrelated note, I hope you like the new blog layout. The picture at the top took many long hours to make in MS Paint. TAKE THAT ALL YOU PHOTOSHOP SNOBS!!!*

* I'm really not sure how many people are actually photoshop snobs, but neither of us have/know-how-to-use it so we did what we could.

Sorry about the job and the hands (ouch!) but AWESOME header. I use photoshop nearly everyday but I have never tried to cut people/objects out. I'm impressed that could be done in paint. :)

I thought we already established that this happened because God hates you. Why must we continue carrying on about it?

That's pretty darn good for Paint. Might I recommend Paint.Net if Photoshop is too rich for your blood?

I has a minor bike boo-boo a few weeks ago. 5 degrees out and a little icy. Took a turn too fast and tipped over. Nothing bad, especially since I had double layers everywhere trying to keep warm.

I am glad I could be so helpful. With my bike rack and my awesome first-aid kit. That I didn't have with me. :(

p.s. I love the new blog title pic. Especially where the gardener appears to be about to dig in the middle of a huge grassy lawn. I wonder what she will plant there?

@ scott
I decided that God didn't hate me personally. It just seemed that the cosmos were ganging up on me that day and, since I don't believe in the cosmos, I assigned it to God.

@ Brooke

Well, my guess is that nothing will grow, since the fertilizer is on the other side of the picture. Nothing can grow without fertilizer.

So the hate isn't personal? It's more of an impersonal hatred? Wow...that, uh, sucks. Hating for no good reason at all...just plain mean.

Oh Scott, you sure do make me laugh. Looks painful, at least you didn't break anything.
