I know it may seem pathetic, but I have been just a tad obsessive about it lately. These past months, I have been taking care of house and home, packing and catching glimpses of my husband now and then (its okay honey, I don't really want to see you until the thing is done). So, the Twilight movie has been something that I have looked forward to. (for me, it always helps to have a little escape, whether it be a book or a movie) Well, today my wonderful husband took me out first thing to see it, and.....
we had a great time, BOTH of us. I went in the no expectations. Loved the book, but book to screen is never the same. When I heard who was playing Bella and Edward, I was skeptical, but I have been proven wrong and Stewert and Pattinson did I great job. They were not just a pretty face on a big screen, there was depth there and they pulled it off nicely. All the background characters were great and there were a lot of laugh out loud moments. Best of all, it was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. M.G. gave it a 8.5 and I give it a 9. Perfect date movie!
Please keep in mind that I loved Breaking Dawn and some people didn't like it; also, we hated WALL-E and some people liked that, so take our review with a grain of salt.

we ran into the twilight premiere the other night. we went up to LA to eat dinner and get a treat and they were doing the twilight premiere. I'm going with a bunch of girls to go see it tonight. we need to get together.
beach next Saturday?
Maybe you can talk Ben into seeing it with me.
Jamal, Jamal, Jamal. How can you hate Wall-E and love Twilight. It's like I don't even know who you are anymore!
And my wife did see Twilight, she saw it on opening night with in a reserved theater with a bunch of her friends. So I am not sure how I am the bad guy for not 'taking' her to see it. Oh wait, it looks like seeing it with her, not taking her. MAYBE when it's on DVD. -sigh-
Sorry Ben, I take full responsibility.
