Silly Dragonfly!

Last night, we had a little bit of a problem. Dragonfly refused to eat some delicious chicken pot pie, which lead to a total refusal to do anything that would lead to bed time. When shower time came, he fought me all the way through it, screaming, "I want to get dirty!".

Well, he made good on his threat. After his shower and getting jammies on, he "got dirty" by repeatedly climbing into his dirty clothes basket. As much as the Gardener and I tried, it was very difficult to keep serious faces. Then, since he thought it was now funny, it became a joke for him and the rest of the night he was cooperative. It's too bad we weren't quick enough with the camera . . .
