This morning the children thought Red Claw was doing a neat trick by standing on his "red claws", then I had to look and break the news to them that he had passed on. These things always happen while M.G. is not home. So I had to fish him out and set him aside for the funeral after M.G. gets home. Tiger Lily was cute and told Snapdragon "Don't worry he went back to live with Heavenly Father". (Yes, he is being buried in a Play Doh canister)
So, can you guess what our family home evening lesson was on? Perfect time to discuss death and the resurrection. M.G. did a great lesson with the "glove" and "hand" object lesson.
