There are those you meet in this life, who you just click with. You can see each other once a year and its like you were never apart. These are friends that you know you will have throughout your lifetime. We are so lucky to have friends like this! At the end of July we met up with Search and Destroy and baby brother in Southern OR for a few days of playing.
Not bad for trying to get 5 kids under the age of 6 to look at the camera.
It was so hot while we were there, that we drove up into the mountains to cool off in a stream. The kids had a blast.
On another day we hit the local water play area to cool off and picnic and after dinner we hit the local DQ.
The kids had a great time and love seeing/playing with their friends. When we got home, Snapdragon asked "I had fun, but why did Destroy want to always play with Tiger Lily?" To which T.L. quickly replied "Because he loves me." Another great line by Snapdragon. Megan wanted to say goodbye and take a picture and he said to her "why? We're going to see you in June when you move here." I hope S.D. premonition comes true and these guys are within at least a 1/2 days drive from us.

missing you already! I need to catch up on our blog. Oh, we'll be within a half a day's drive. Unless for some reason Aaron suddenly wants to move to Alaska :)
Hey, I just clicked over from Megan's blog to see what you guys were up to ... Congrats ... on the job, the move and the new baby coming. That's a busy couple of months you had :)
