Here is something I thought would never happen: me playing water polo again. My good friend Alan told me about an alumni water polo game on Monday. What is even more funny is that I didn't actually graduate from this school, since I transfered my senior year. Anyways, I went, I played and surprisingly, I didn't die. The Gardener and the flowers were even kind enough to cheer me on in the stands. Here is a pictorial recap.
Here is a warm up shot. I still got the legs, for the most part; though I am leaning too far back for a good shot.
Here is a failed attempt to be sneaky on a 6 on 5. I got the ball in front of the cage, but could not get the shot off quick enough.
Some stellar field defense. Notice the whiteness of my skin
Some more defense. I think I actually tipped this one.
With so many alumni that showed up, more time was spent out of play than in play. So here is a picture of Alan and me.

On a completely unrelated note, we are finally moved from our campus apartment. The process was very smooth, thanks to outstanding organization by the Gardener. If anyone else were in charge of organizing and packing, it would have been horribly frustrating and someone might have ended up dead. The flowers love being able to play at Grandma & Grandpa's house all the time, though with the deluge falling from the sky, they really can't play outside yet.
