Dragonfly has discovered an old book of mine; Lafcadio: The Lion Who Shot Back. We read a chapter each night before bed. Dragonfly wanted to read some to Bumblebee before bedtime, so she cooperated and listened quietly.
Bumblebee didn't cooperate so much when it came time to read The Spooky Old Tree.
In order to move Bumblebee into the kids' room, we had to get Ladybug out of the crib and into a bed. We went to Ikea to find a loft bed, but refused to shell out $150 for it. Luckily, someone put the same bed up on craigslist for $50. I am all about helping the market clear, so we got the craigslist bed and a mattress from custom comfort. Now, all we need is a set of Princess sheets.

we put them on yesterday. Luckily target had some in stock!
We were considering getting one of these at one point. The great thing is when they're done sleeping in the same room you can pull the lower bed out and throw a desk or something else under there...ingenious design. Way to score the lowest price!
'The Host' is also being read in the Wisner household...not by me of course. Vampires are scary. Word on the street is that there is a movie coming out based on the series...
