I can't believe its already been a month! She is growing so fast, but I am really enjoying every minute. Everyone has adjusted well to the new addition. Dragonfly is always eager to show her off and ladybug loves to tell everyone "I love my new baby sister!".
As for me, I have been doing great. My recovery was wonderful and I feel almost back to normal. It seems to get easier with each pregnancy. The most frequent question I get asked is "how is it going from 2 to 3?" My reply is "Its easier than 1 to 2 plus I am enjoying the baby stage so much more". In case you didn't hear, labor and delivery was about the same as the first two. This time I was able to cut down my pushing time by 9 minutes and 58 seconds. I am so grateful its gone this well.
Still no updates on the job market, but there are still many opportunities out there. We are trying to be hopeful and have faith. Please keep us in your prayers.

2-3 was a harder jump for me than 1-2. All of the sudden, I did not have enough arms to manage on my own.
