as performed by the sunbeams. Since Dragonfly is the only boy in the class, he played Joseph. Well, soon after Mary and Joseph arrived in Bethlehem, Joseph removed his costume. He then proceeded to leave Mary and baby several times throughout the story. By the end of narration, Dragonfly was using his tissue to clean out his nose. I think Mary was pretending she didn't know him throughout the story. The whole thing was very amusing. Here are pictures of Dragonfly before and after.

To his credit, Dragonfly remained marginally composed throughout the program, which was a big improvement from the primary program disaster. Two of his classmates, the inn-keeper and a shepherd, had monumental breakdowns. As soon as their parts were over, they were running out of the primary room in tears.
