I am so upset that I didn't take a picture of my table or the delicious food I made last week. This is a picture of some of the name cards and turkeys Dragonfly and I made. (The pumpkins are Dragonfly's and ladybugs-they didn't want to carve them, so they just drew on them) After spending all day in the kitchen, I told myself that if this doesn't taste good (or at least edible), I will never be doing this again. Fortunately for me and my family, I impressed myself and made a very good meal. My wonderful neighbor made a delicious turkey and gravy. I made pies, stuffing, candied yams, homemade rolls, mashed potatoes and fruit salad. I think this was the first Thanksgiving where I didn't pass on anything. Maybe it helps that I made stuff that I wanted to eat, but I didn't hear anyone else at the table complaining. After the meal, we played games with our neighbors and then enjoyed the pies.
Okay, I'm done tooting my own horn!

I am sure it tasted great. Knowing you.... you did your homework and everything was perfect! I only wish we could be at the same table for Thanksgiving sometime.
